A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.

When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:

  2. The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
  3. You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.

Placement of an order

Cancelling an order

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and the amount of your order will be refunded to the account from which the order was originally paid.

Delivery

You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). HIVES ON THE HUH assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control:

  • Royal Mail - International Tracked

Returns Policy

HIVES ON THE HUH accepts returns for any reason within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Such returns are subject to a return charge and the customer is responsible for the return postage costs.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your honey arrives damaged or is found to be faulty (not of satisfactory quality or as described), please contact us within 30 days of receipt. In these cases, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement, including any standard delivery costs.

Return Authorisation

All returns must be formally authorised by HIVES ON THE HUH prior to being sent. Please contact us via the website to obtain a Return Authorisation. In the event of damage or a quality fault, we may require photographic evidence in lieu of a physical return. Please note that unauthorised returns will not be accepted, and we will not be liable for the shipping costs of any items returned without our prior written approval.
